SHIPPING

The shipping rate for all orders within Canada is a flat fee of $15 and a $25 flat fee for the United States.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all import duties. International shipments are final sale.

The Find Studio is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY   

We will happily issue a refund or exchange for clothing or shoes, the return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your item. Any duties The Find Studio incur upon returning items, will be deducted from the refund amount. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The Find Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that may occur during the delivery process. Items returned must be in the original packaging with tags attached and in the same condition as when it was received.

Please note that all handbags, jewellery, sale items and accessories are final sale.
